• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on the Service.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and take down related content from the same source or template. We may notify the relevant party and, where applicable, provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

We may terminate accounts or generation sources that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
