Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Stories on the Service are generated with artificial intelligence and are works of fiction. Names, characters, and events are fictitious; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Content is provided for entertainment only.

Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at each renewal at the then-current price. We will notify you of material price changes in advance.

You can cancel anytime from your account (via the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain member benefits until then.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@plotyarn.com within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute content at scale, circumvent access controls (including early-access or member gating), or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service and its original content, features, and branding are owned by us. A membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to read content; it does not transfer any ownership.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
