Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep member benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.

If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact support@plotyarn.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights that this policy does not limit.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
