Synopsis

Vault City records every memory. But for the elite, redaction is a tool to erase crimes. Disgraced auditor Ezra Vance now runs illegal 'echo retrievals' to recover lost memories. When Lena Croft hires him to find out who redacted her sister's death, he uncovers a conspiracy involving the Chief Auditor and a toxic waste cover-up. Ezra must navigate betrayal, forbidden bonds, and his own tarnished past—all while deciding whether redemption means exposing the truth or making a deal with the devil.
